Multi-Region Cloud Infrastructure with Terraform

⚠️ CHALLENGE: CIDR blocks overlaps between regions preventing routing connections.
✔️ RESOLUTION: Redesigned network topology to divide infrastructure subnets into strict non-overlapping CIDR blocks (/16 subnets).
